Cyberiad.ai is building powerful voice-first AI infrastructure for industries that rely on conversation. We've built the platform. Now we're looking for a Founding CEO to take it to market, drive focus, secure funding, and lead execution.

This is not a placeholder role. We're looking for a true strategic partner — someone who sees the opportunity and wants to turn it into a company that matters.

What We've Built

Our technology enables culturally intelligent, voice-driven, multi-agent AI experiences across phone and web — with full CRM and calendar integration. It's real-time, low-latency, and production-ready.

Our initial use case (cemetery and funeral services) is live. The framework is flexible enough to serve industries from medical to legal to logistics. What we need now is vision, leadership, and growth.

What You'll Do

• •Define and lead overall company strategy and vision
• •Identify and prioritize key verticals for expansion
• •Build early revenue through partnerships and B2B outreach
• •Lead fundraising efforts (pre-seed / seed)
• •Build the early team across sales, ops, and product
• •Own metrics, customer feedback loops, and investor relations
• •Partner directly with the technical founder to shape product-market fit

About You

• •You have founder-level energy and accountability — this isn't your side hustle
• •You're an excellent communicator and closer — with customers, investors, or partners
• •You've taken a product from idea to revenue (ideally with some scrappiness)
• •You have strong product instincts, even if you don't code
• •You're comfortable wearing many hats — and recruiting others to replace them
• •You believe in human-centered technology, not hype
